#VINOMUSIC: Tame Impala & Champagne Taittinger Nocturne

Music and Wine should be paired. We call this VINOMUSIC.

This post is dedicated to the ladies. As we are just a month into the year, many of us are still on the good foot, living out our resolutions. Many want to resolve the area of communication amongst friends, so you decide to organize a proper girl’s night out. Your squad is comprised of many characters; the friend who just got engaged, the one who just broke up with her boyfriend, the one that is in a new exciting job, the one that is finding herself spiritually & emotionally, and you, the connector of all these dots.

You are all in new chapters of life, and that calls for celebration, yes? The girls meet up by your place, and immediately let their hair down. You crank up the tunes by Grammy-nominated Aussie alternative band, Tame Impala, mainly their song ‘The Less I Know The Better’, and crack open a bottle of Champagne Taittinger Nocturne. The bubbly track is a little misleading as it is a tale of love lost, so be sure to keep an extra close eye on your girlfriend that is recently out of a relationship. The champagne, comprised of 40% Chardonnay and 60% Pinot Noir & Pinot Meunier, blended from over thirty crus from various harvests and aged four years, is as complex and unique as your collective friendship. The purple bottle fashioned to resemble a disco ball is perfect to start of the night, and get you into party-mode. Could you ask for a more perfect pairing?
